Solventless Extract Purifier

The SCB-15 can remediate 30-100 liters of CBD or CGB oil every 12- 24 hours. This system uses a unique combination of heat and vacuum to automatically remove THC to low or non-detect levels.

Save a step, no need to winterize crude extracts before processing.  Save another step, no need to decarb crude extracts.  Declaring will happen naturally as part of the remediation process.

Starting materials:

• Winterized or non-winterized crude extracts
• Decarded on non-decarded crude extracts
• Distillate
• Mother Liquor
• CBD or CBG

Add a NIR detector to continuously monitor cannabinoids during the remediation process.  Automatically detect when the desired THC concentration(low T or no T) is reached.
